On October 27, 2018, IRSI hosted a gathering at UBC’s Vancouver Campus to gather feedback from both the Indigenous and research communities about Principles of Engagement for Indigenous research collaborations. A Summary Report from that gathering has been produced, outlining the key feedback given by attendees. You can now read the Principles of Engagement Summary Report here.
In addition, we have uploaded videos of the day’s guest presentations to the IRSI Youtube channel.
- The keynote presentation was by Leslie Bonshor, who is both Executive Director, Aboriginal Health for Vancouver Coastal Health and a member of IRSI’s Indigenous Advisory Committee. Leslie’s keynote presentation can be viewed here.
